Please take a few moments to read the instructions for purchasing at the CCLife Technic online store. When you enter the CCLife Technic online store page, you will see clear and well-organized categories that will allow you to make a comfortable and easy purchase. When purchasing at the CCLife Technic online store, you can register by clicking on "Registration" and filling out the form. There, you will notice, among other things, that you can specify different billing and delivery addresses. In this way, we deliver the purchased goods to one address, and send the invoice to another. If you have already purchased at the CCLife Technic online store, it is enough to enter your username and password and start shopping. You can also make a purchase as a guest without registering. You make a purchase by clicking on the shopping cart next to the selected product, which will then appear in your shopping cart. If you want to see what you have in your shopping cart, simply click on it. Payment can be made by card payment. When you click “Order”, a page with your information will appear where you select the payment method and have the option to change your information.

 

Terms of Purchase

These terms define the procedure for registering, ordering, paying, delivering and complaining about products offered in our online store.

We would like to specially point out that the purchase of the Product on behalf of and for the account of a minor or a person who is completely legally incapable may only be requested by their legal representatives, or persons with partial legal capacity may only request the purchase of the Product with the consent of their legal representative.

The Seller reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of purchase on this website at any time, and will not be liable for any possible consequences arising from such changes.
The Seller reserves the right to change the prices listed without prior notice.

 

Registration / Electronic order form

When ordering products for the first time via the electronic form, it is necessary to register on the website www.cclifetools.eu (username and password)
By choosing your username and password, and entering the required data, you become our registered user.
After successfully completing your registration, you will receive an e-mail with your registration data. Use the same for each subsequent purchase in the CCLife Technic Online Store. This way, you can easily shop and track all your orders as well as news about new products or promotions.
If you have forgotten your password, re-enter your e-mail address and request a password and you will soon receive an e-mail with a new password.

Purchased gift vouchers can be used on our webshop within a period of 90 days from the date of purchase.

According to the Data Protection Act, within your user profile at any time you can request "Anonymization" of your data and/or request that we forward all the data we collect related to your user profile to you.

Ordering process

Products are ordered electronically, by selecting a specific product and adding it to the cart.
If the product is currently unavailable, you can contact us by email or phone.
After you have selected the desired products, we will guide you through the cart to the order, where you enter your billing information and delivery address for the ordered products.
Fill in all required fields on the electronic order form:

  • Buyer's address/delivery address: company name, first and last name, address, contact email and phone number;
  • Payment method:
    • card payment:
      • one-time payment: Maestro, MasterCard, VISA, Diners, Discover and DinaCard cards

The product is considered ordered at the moment when the buyer selects and confirms the payment method and clicks on the buy/order button (with the exact amount specified).
After receiving the order, you will receive a return e-mail confirming the successful purchase. If you have decided to pay by bank transfer, you will also receive an offer and all the necessary information on the basis of which you can make the payment.

 

Prices

Prices are expressed in euros (EUR / €), include VAT, and are valid for all payment methods at the time of purchase.

 

Payment

There are few possible payment methods

  • by Bank Transfer
    • by transfer order - if you decide to use this payment method at the end of the order process, you will receive a written offer and all the information necessary for payment to your e-mail
  • by Credit Card
    • one-time payment: Maestro, MasterCard, VISA, Diners, Discover and DinaCard cards

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR / €) and include the applicable VAT rate.
For delivery within the European Union, we charge postage in the amounts shown with each product with a real-time delivery fee calculator.
The goods can only be purchased within the European Union. Delivery of goods outside the European Union is available on request.

Delivery

After receiving the payment confirmation (in case of payment by bank transfer), the seller undertakes to deliver the ordered shipment within 7 (seven) working days if the ordered goods are in stock.

In case of payment by card, the seller undertakes to deliver the shipment to the buyer within 7 (seven) working days from the date of the order if the ordered goods are in stock.

Depending on the delivery address, the products are shipped by own delivery, DHL delivery service, GLS delivery service or DPD delivery service.

The products will be packaged in such a way that they cannot be damaged by normal handling in postal traffic. The buyer is obliged to check for any damage upon receipt and immediately complain about it, or refuse to accept a shipment with visible external damage.

The goods are insured against loss during delivery, and if the buyer does not receive the ordered product, or notification of delivery, within the expected time (maximum 7 working days), he has the right to notify the seller so that steps can be taken to locate the shipment or have it sent.

 

Warranty

The warranty is valid for the period specified by applicable regulations, from the date of delivery of the goods, and in order to exercise the right to the warranty, the original invoice is required as proof of purchase. The warranty period and everything that the warranty covers in relation to a product is specified with each product. The Buyer is obliged to inform CCLife Technic of the existence of visible defects within 2 months from the date of discovery of the defect and no later than 2 years from the transfer of risk to the Buyer.

Buyer complaints

In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the Seller allows all Buyers to send their complaints by post to the Seller's address CCLife Technic GmbH, Barensstraße 15, D-53881 Euskirchen, Deutschland, or by e-mail to the Seller's e-mail address info@cclifetools.eu, and the Seller will notify the Buyer of the received complaint. The Seller will respond to all comments and complaints no later than 15 days from the date of receipt of the complaint. In order for the Seller to confirm receipt of a written complaint, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, and then respond to it, the Buyer must provide accurate information for receipt thereof.



Returns

The seller undertakes to deliver a product that is correct and corresponds to the description stated on the website of the online store.
The image attached to the product does not necessarily correspond to the actual appearance of the product and the buyer cannot use it as a basis for a complaint.
Liability for material defects in the product is regulated by the law of Federal Republic of Germany.
After making a complaint (by telephone or in writing), the buyer sends the defective product to the seller by mail with a delivery note, to the address: CCLife Technic GmbH, Barensstraße 15, D-53881 Euskirchen, Deutschland

The Seller undertakes to replace the defective product with a correct one as soon as possible, and no later than within 14 days. The costs of delivering a new correct product to the Buyer's address are borne by the Seller.
The Buyer has the right to return the item if the item he did not order was delivered (the item does not match the specifications of the item ordered by the Buyer). In this case, the item ordered by the Buyer will be sent again (at the Seller's expense), and the costs paid by the Buyer for sending the returned goods to the Seller will be refunded.
In the event that it is impossible to deliver another item or to eliminate the defect, the Seller will reimburse the Buyer for the total postal costs of returning the item (the costs of sending the item to the Buyer and the costs of returning the item from the Buyer), and the value paid by the Buyer for the returned item.
A complaint is made for goods that were delivered incorrectly or are incomplete due to some defects that occurred before or after packaging, but not by the Buyer.
We make the refund in the manner in which the payment was made, i.e. by payment to the account if payment was made by cash on delivery, and only after receipt of the returned goods.

Termination of the Contract

If you have changed your mind, you can return the ordered goods without explanation, and you can cancel the order even before it has been sent to the delivery address. Notification of the return and/or cancellation of ordered items should be sent to our customer support by phone: +49 173 3033 419 or by e-mail: info@cclifetools.eu.

If you have ordered and received the goods at the address, but would still like something else, the exchange cannot be made in the classic ‘1 for 1’ way, but in accordance with the the law of Federal Republic of Germany, it is necessary to unilaterally terminate the Purchase and Sale Contract with the possible return of the item.

Instructions for unilateral termination of the Contract

You can unilaterally terminate the Contract within 14 days without giving a reason.
In order to exercise your right to unilaterally terminate this Agreement, you must inform us of your decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement before the expiry of the period by an unequivocal statement sent by post to the address: "CCLife Technic GmbH, Barensstraße 15, D-53881 Euskirchen, Deutschland", by email to: info@cclifetools.eu, in which you will state your name and surname, address, telephone number and e-mail address, and you can also use the attached example of the form "Form for unilateral termination of the Agreement".

  1. Calculation of the period for unilateral termination of the Agreement
    The period for unilateral termination of the Agreement is 14 days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have received the goods that are the subject of the Agreement.
  2. Refund of the paid amount
    If you unilaterally terminate this Agreement, we will refund the money we received from you, including the delivery costs, without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day we received your decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement.


The refund will be made in the same manner in which you made the payment. If you agree to a different method of refund of the paid amount, you will not incur any costs in relation to the refund.
We can only refund the money after the goods have been returned to us or after you have provided us with proof that you have sent the goods back to us.

  1. Return of goods
    Please return the goods or hand them over to us at the following address: "CCLife Technic GmbH, Barensstraße 15, D-53881 Euskirchen, Deutschland", without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you sent us your decision to unilaterally terminate the Agreement.
    You are deemed to have fulfilled your obligation on time if, before the expiry of the aforementioned deadline, you send or hand over the goods to us, or to a person authorized by us to receive the goods.
  2. Costs of returning the goods
    The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the buyer.
  3. Consumer liability for diminished value of the goods
    You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods, except for that which was necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.


You can fill out and send a copy of the form for unilateral termination of the contract, which is available on our website, electronically.
We will provide you with confirmation of receipt of the notification of unilateral termination of the contract, without delay, by e-mail.

Online consumer dispute resolution

In accordance with the European Union regulation, CCLife Technic web store participates in the resolution of consumer disputes for products and services purchased online, which customers can submit online.
European Union Regulation No. 524/2013. on the online resolution of consumer disputes (Online Dispute Resolution platform) has been applicable since January 9, 2016.
In accordance with Article 14, paragraph 1 of that Regulation, traders established in the European Union who participate in online sales contracts are required to provide an electronic link to the ORS Platform in an easily accessible place on their websites. The Online Consumer Dispute Resolution Platform (ORS Platform) began operating on February 15, 2016.
